Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Because each product is custom made to order, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all return and exchange orders. Your refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, minus the restocking fee and the return shipping fee. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for elective returns or exchanges.

To start a return or exchange please contact us at info@jagear.dog and include your name and order number in the message along with a brief description of the issue. Please do not return items without contacting us.
If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jagear.dog. 

If you wish to make changes or cancellations to orders already placed, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after placing the order.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on personalized itms, including engraved leashes or collars and ID Tags, unless we made a mistake on your order.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
