We guarantee our products for life against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. If you experience a manufacturing defect, you can return your item to us for repair or replacement. If your product arrives and it is defective or not as described, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a lifetime repair and replacement warranty for damaged or defective items. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, damage caused by accidents, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. BioThane is not chew proof and damages made by chewing are not covered under our warranty.
